Strata Reports

For the most efficient search for a property, you should type the strata plan number, street name or suburb into the search box. Properties may include sub-divisions and/or alternate addresses. Click Get this report  to view the appropriate details of ready to download reports or pre order reports for currently listed properties.  Follow the prompts to checkout.

Strata Reports are generally provided for specific lots/units that are being sold and the reports will remain on our site for at least 3 months. A report generated for a specific unit in a multi unit building can in most instances be used for any unit being sold in the same building. The only details that change are the name/s of the owner/s and the levies paid.
